• This monitoring operates automatically on all AI conversations within the platform
• When potential concerns are detected, the system may generate alerts to designated contacts, which may include parents, guardians, or school administrators depending on the account type
• Alerts are sent via the phone number provided during registration
• The purpose of this monitoring is solely to support student safety and wellbeing

Important: This feature is not a substitute for professional mental health services. We do not guarantee detection of all concerning communications.

By using our Service, you consent to this monitoring for the safety purposes described. Parents and guardians of minor users provide consent on behalf of their children.

4. How We Share Your Information

7. 6% Pledge Scholarship Program Privacy

• Financial information is not shared with third parties except as required by law
• Unsuccessful applicants may request deletion of their scholarship application materials
